Our Guarantee

Parrotdise Aviary warrants that, at the time of delivery, the bird/ birds purchased are in excellent health.

The buyer is encouraged to have the bird/ birds examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from the time of delivery to verify the health of the bird/ birds.

If during the 72 hour period, the bird is examined and found to have a condition which will effect their health or well being, Parrotdise aviary will upon verification of the condition and return of the bird/ birds by the buyer, will refund the entire purchase price or supply the buyer with another bird/ birds of the same species, sex (if known), and age. If there is another bird/ birds that is available of the same value and the buyer would like a different species it would be totally acceptable.

In the event the buyer fails to have the bird/ birds examined by a veterinarian within the 72 hour time frame, the buyer understands and agrees that the sale is one of "as is" condition and all sales are final.

The buyer understands and agrees that after the 72 hour period, all warranties of health, merchantability, personality trait, and pet potential are hereby expressly and voluntarily waived by buyer. All risk as to the quality and/or performance of the bird/ birds sold is with the buyer and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the bird/ birds. Any cost/ cause of treatment, injury or death of the bird/ birds once the 72 hour period has lapsed is the responsibility of the buyer.
